Sue is supported in the office by Anita. Any questions that you have one of the team will be happy to help. Hazel and Louise are the Senior Sales Managers, responsible for key accounts and a team of Account Managers that cover the UK and Ireland.

Your dedicated Account Manager will be happy to visit you and show you the complete Collection. They can advise on best sellers, and support on merchandising.

What do you like about the role? It’s a joy to go to work every day, the autonomy given to me in my role gives me the opportunity to help my customers get the best out of their Indulgence Collection.

All of my customers know “What you see is What you get” from me! The passion they have for their business is the same passion I have for Indulgence so it’s a Win! Win! The personal touch we provide builds trust with the customer, trust with the product, and trust in the Company. We go above and beyond to give our customer’s the best experience.

Favourite Piece: Everyone knows my favourite piece. I was involved from the conception of it (so were all my customers) I spoke about it all the time before it landed in our collection it got to the stage the customers were asking When will we be able to order your THISTLE!! I still call it my Thistle!

What do you like about the role? I enjoy watching the customers confidence in Indulgence grow stronger with every order, from initially viewing the samples to knowing exactly what works well for them as time moves on and we become a regular, reliable product within their business. It’s always great to hear feedback to keep our ever changing styles current.

Favourite Piece: I always love the earrings as they are so popular with everybody, and we always deliver on new and exciting styles.

What do you like about your role? I love meeting the people. Indulgence Customers really are fantastic. If they are happy, I am happy. The customer service we offer as a business is what really sets us apart.

I really value being involved in selecting the collection each season. It means I can collect the feedback from my customers and put this into the newest collection. I am proud to be celebrating 10 years with Indulgence this year.

When did you join the company?  I joined Indulgence in 2005 as the manager of the shop in Andover, so I know the business from both sides. This really helps me to build a strong understanding and  relationship with my customers.

Favourite Piece: I have been asking for a daffodil stick pin for a long time, and am delighted to see that coming into the collection this spring.

What is the most important part of your role? I think building trust is the biggest part of our jobs as Account Managers. My customers are fantastic. They appreciate my honesty. As Indulgence have dedicated Account Managers it means we can really build up that trust and understand each customers different needs.

Favourite Piece: It has to be the robins. They hold such a special place in so many people’s lives. The well known phrase “When robins appear, loved ones are near” really resonates with me and does for customers as well.

Gaye manages our fantastic team in the warehouse.​ The team consists of Amy, Bronwyn, Daria, Laura, and Lorna.

 

They work tirelessly to pick and pack your orders, and always do everything they can to process the order the same day that it is placed.
